ALABAMA REGISTRY OF INTERPRETERS

FOR THE DEAF

Leading the interpreting profession, serving the interpreting community, connecting to the Deaf community.

On Wednesday June 17 at 6:00pm CST we were proud to host a town hall meeting with our professional colleagues via Zoom.

This was an opportunity to open the door for critical conversations during a time when we all need to have open hearts and minds about our profession, our contribution to the current state of our profession and the changes that need to occur to create an autonomous interpreting community in Alabama.

Due to interest in the event, registration was required. We had over 50 interpreters from all over the country join in on a this career altering discussion.

If you missed it, no worries. The recording is here for you!
